STIIIZY helps bring holiday cheer to the Watt’s Housing Projects with 300 donated chickens, apparel, toys and a $5,000 monetary donation.
STIIIZY partnered up with The Watts Empowerment Center, Red Eye Inc. and Engage the Vision to bring toys, 300 donated chickens and other gifts and essentials to families residing in the Watt’s Housing Projects Saturday, December 19, 2020. STIIIZY also donated $5,000 to the center to help fund their holiday commitment to families that attended the “Party in the Projects” event.
STIIIZY was proud to be one of the main sponsors alongside Red Eye Inc. and Engage the Vision: two Los Angeles philanthropy organizations that focus on uplifting inner-city youth based within the Los Angeles County area. We were able to bring in other regional event partners such as: NGN Music, Isurvivedtwentytwenty, Bella + Canvas, Shotgun Burger, Oxigen Water and Beyond Meat. The STIIIZY team itself distributed 300 chickens, other essential food items, “Isurvivedtwentytwenty” shirts by Marcus “Don Dada” Johnson and toys to families residing within the Watts Housing Projects.
Over 10,000 toys, apparel and essential food items were distributed to 500+ families in the Watt’s Housing Projects, making the event both a success and a blessing for the STIIIZY team to be a part of.
The Watts Empowerment Center was founded by the charity Red Eye Inc. and is considered a youth mentor initiative that has empowered over 5,000 volunteers to connect to 15,000 children, youth and families in need.
