2021 CLIO CANNABIS AWARD WINNER!
How STIIIZY’s UNIIITY In the Community Giveback event was recognized in this year’s CLIO Awards.
In 2021, STIIIZY has accomplished great things. From product launches such as the new, nanomolecular technology infused Edible line, to reaching four years as a company with a month-long celebration this past November.
We are proud to announce that on top of all of that, we were also able to win some notable awards, one being a coveted 2021 CLIO Awards: Shortlist Award!
Our team’s work through our UNIIITY in the Community giveback event has secured the brand an Honorable Mention in CLIO’s Public Relations Medium.
Our UNIIITY in the Community giveback event highlighted how culture, compassion, and community can show up in powerful ways. The focus of this initiative was bringing awareness to the ongoing homelessness crisis in Skid Row, Los Angeles, an issue that has only intensified in recent years. With support from BLESSED by STIIIZY, our team dedicated the weekend following April 20, 2021, to serving and connecting with our unhoused neighbors.
Through meaningful partnerships with two respected local organizations, we were able to contribute resources, time, and hands-on support to groups working daily to restore dignity and provide essential services to those living in Skid Row.
Both Beauty 2 the Streetz and Share The Warmth International are two organizations that are led by inspirational Black women that do what they can to bring a little bit of sunshine to the gloomy side of DTLA known as Skid Row — home to one of the nation’s largest concentrations of unhoused (homeless) people. Beauty 2 the Streetz founder Shirley Raines having recently been listed as CNN’s 2021 Hero of the Year.
Through BLESSED by STIIIZY, this has been one of the most rewarding giveback events our team has been able to host this past year. In the most recent months, our team was able to release a new BLESSED product: BLESSED CDT. Having portions of the proceeds from this drop be donated to the Downtown Women’s Center in Skid Row to provide “Welcome Home Kits'' for women transitioning into permanent housing — a cause chosen directly by our consumers through the power of social media.
On top of winning a CLIO, it didn’t stop there for STIIIZY in 2021, as others took note and awarded the brand with additional recognition.
