STIIIZY, BATTLE BROTHERS FOUNDATION BRINGS YOU: COMING HOME

On November 11, 2019 for Veterans Day, STIIIZY partnered up with the Battle Brothers Foundation to bring a personally-made short-film documentary called ‘Coming Home’ as well as released a limited-edition camo battery with a percentage of proceeds going to the foundation.

STIIIZY is a proud, veteran-owned company that has always done what it can to give back to the veteran community here in the United States. This project was very dear to James Kim (STIIIZY co-founder, managing director of Shryne Group) who is a combat veteran himself as well as numerous others within the Shryne Group company who are fellow military veterans.“I served in the Army’s 101st Airborne Division during a 13-month tour in Iraq,” Kim shared in an interview with Forbes; "After returning home, I began exploring new ways to build a new chapter in my life, and that journey ultimately led me to create STIIIZY. As I transitioned from military service to civilian life, I recognized an opportunity to build a cannabis brand centered on product development, community, and education."

Millions of veterans have served in the U.S. Armed Forces and have experienced the unique challenges associated with transitioning to civilian life. Organizations across the country continue to provide programs, resources, and community support to help veterans and their families navigate that transition.

STIIIZY partnered with the Battle Brothers Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting veterans and their families through programs focused on personal development, community engagement, and economic opportunity following military service. As part of the Veterans Day initiative, 20% of proceeds from sales of the Camo Battery during the promotional period were donated to the Battle Brothers Foundation.

For the accompanying short documentary, STIIIZY featured Battle Brothers Foundation member Andy Miears, who shared his personal journey from military service to civilian life. The film highlights his involvement with sustainable agriculture, outdoor work, and the importance of community throughout his transition.
