Kush Mints strain is one that will let you enjoy your time and might even put you in the mood to cook up something to fufil those cannabis munchies. With the flavors of the strain brining spicy, minty, herbal and a hint of lemon, a bruschetta is the perfect paring. The minty flavor of the strain allows the mint to be the perfect garnish and helps boost a nice aroma. After you've smoked the flower, you can now have a proper appetite with a high level of relaxation to enjoy some food that is both refreshing and delicious.
Ingredients:

Baguette slices, toasted

2 large tomatoes, diced

1 cup olive oil
-
7-10 grams of Kush Mints cannabis (adjust based on desired potency)

1 tbsp fresh basil leaves, finely chopped

1 tbsp fresh mint leaves, finely chopped

1 tsp lemon zest
-
1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Decarboxylate the Cannabis:

Preheat your oven to 240°F (115°C).

Spread the cannabis buds on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake for 30-40 minutes, turning the buds every 10 minutes until they are dry and crumbly.

Remove from the oven and let cool.
2. Prepare the Cannabis-Infused Olive Oil:

In a saucepan, heat the olive oil on low heat.

Add the decarboxylated cannabis.
